I always get sooooooo excited when I go to London, it is by far my favourite city in the entire world. I don’t know why, but I really adore London; the shopping, the restaurants everything.
Doing everything by subway is the easiest and quickest way to get around, but a lot can be done by foot as well. First I started of with the touristic attractions; The London Eye, Big Ben, Tower Bridge and Buckingham Palace.
Everytime I visit London I revisit the London Eye and Tower Bridge, I don’t know why but they just have something special. But when I’ve done that, it is time for some shopping, next stop: Oxford street. Even when you don’t want to shop it is worth a visit, walking past the shop windows is also a must.
When we got hungry we went to have an afternoon tea, which you have to when you are in England. There are so many places to sit down, but every place is different so just choose one you like. I can guarantee that you won’t be hungry for the rest of the day.
If you don’t feel like sitting down, but still want something to eat you can go to the Borough market. It is very popular, but weird enough I discovered it during my visit by accident.
During my last two visits it was to cold to enjoy the parks, but when I was in London during the summer a few years ago the parks were really nice. You can go to Hyde Park or Regent park to have a nice picknick or take a walk.
