3 MUST DO’S IN BANGKOK

We have only been in Bangkok for one and a half day, but we made sure to get the most out of it. Here are five things that you have to do when you are visiting Bangkok. Depending on the length of your stay you can make some things, like the bike ride, a bit longer to enjoy your stay even more.

1. FLOATING MARKET
There are many floating markets in Bangkok, from small local markets to huge touristic markets. During your tour you will come across a lot of small shops, long tail boats with food and places where you can take pictures with animals such as snakes. I advise the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, where you can pay a little extra so that you can make a stop at a temple.

2. BIKE TOUR
Believe me, this is one of the best ways to see a lot of Bangkok in a small amount of time. We took a five hour bike tour to see only a few high lights. We rode trough China Town, sat in a long tail boat to our next destination, biked our way past temples and trough a greener part of Bangkok.

3. ROOFTOP BAR
Just as floating markets, there are also many rooftop bars. We went to the famous Lebua Sky Bar in the evening and the view was breathtaking. You can have dinner or just a drink and enjoy the 360 view while walking around. Tip; make sure you check the dress code beforehand, most rooftop bars have a policy.
