After our safari in Addo Elephant Park and paddle boarding in Port-Elizabeth, we continued our journey. Our destination this time; East-London. Our plan was to relax and get a tan on the beach, but the weather was not fully co-oporating. What else would go different as planned the next few days?
After more dan half a day in the car we arrived at our hostel where we would spend the next two nights. The weather that day was nice so we explored the neighborhood and afterwards I walked down the beach on my own.
At night it was student night in the local club, a good opportunity to see how clubbing is done in South-Africa. It is so different than that I am used to, everyone had seats at a table and everyone stayed there until around one. Then a couple of people started dancing, but most waited and kept talking with one another. Everyone was so nice and open to each other and the vibe was super relaxed.
Unfortunately the weather wasn’t so nice the next day and it rained all day (and night). So we went to Hemingways Mall to walk around, do some shopping, go to the movies and have a lunch.
